Its just a sweet sweet fantasty, baby

I stumbled upon these great paintings at the Hunter MFA open studios.

Then I realized that many of the subjects had the same face as the painter herself. And the dude was often her boyfriend. And then I felt a little.... well I blushed. It was like she was letting me into her fantasy life with her boyfriend. Which is a big voyeuristic, and a bit of an over share on her part, but I have to say these painting were some of my favorite pieces in the whole she-bang.
As it turns out I really love sharing in other people's fantasies. Who knew? I guess when they are well constructed as these are.
